League (my first!) army list

Ok, I have big request to you. Because I'm starting in local league, I have to make Army list and give them until Christmas. And so I was thinking on this list whole week, and finally I got it like this:

    Hi,
    After looking at your list, I'd be tempted to do the following, drop the positional relay. I don't think you'd have much use for it. Replace the CIB with a plasma rifle.
    Move the gun drones from the fire warrior squad to the crisis suits (HW drone controller) Your crisis suits would benefit more from the ablative wounds.

    This advice is based on what I think would be better rather then play testing though.

    Well, I rather have something like love or positional relay, so I'm not convinced to drop it, hovewer it was under consideration. I think in most missions Piranha will come in 2nd or further turns, if HH wouldn't kill heavy tank, Piranha should take care of it, if he (HH) did (killed), Piranha will contest objective. And I really love choosing Reserves, and they coming on 2+...

    CIB was here just to try, never used it, and I though 5 shots on BS 5... can do sth even to SMurfs, I mean, at least 4 hits, so there's a chance for 6. Anyway I'll probably give him plasma as always :D

    I'd move gun drones, if I had some: those mentioned are from devilfish, so... it can't be done :S
